The art was so insane you guys! My heart is so full and inspired by the talent of these master painters. There were 37 artists on display (03:52), and it was a two day event. LIVE Auction Day 1, Western Art Party Day 2.

I loved being in the company of so many sophisticated artists and fashionable people.
One of my favorite parts of the weekend was the enlightened conversations I had with these amazing Western art fans and the artists themselves. I loved hearing about their lives, their history - their climb. It was all so heady and inspiring.
Day 1. During the silent auction portion, we mingled and talked to one another, admired each other's cowboy boots & viewed the amazing art. Everyone was having the best time just being with one another. Day 2, the band played - and I loved that it was at a normal volume so we could all still enjoy each other's company without having to scream.
It was an epic Cowboy Weekend to be remembered!

If you go:
-Don’t forget to walk around and take photos of your favorite art + artists.
-Pick your top 3 paintings and be there to vote on time so you get your favorite painting.
-Research 24hr park lots nearby before you go, so you're not stressed. Pay for 24Hrs so you can relax and have a good time.
-Have Mark, or your favorite artist autograph your T-shirt or playbill. I saw Mark draw a little Wyatt Earp sketch on my friend's paper.
-Really plan your outfits ahead of time so you feel your best. Squash blossoms, wrist cuffs, breastplates with Native beads, cowboy hats, cowboy boots, bell bottoms, 'Nudie' wear: https://www.nudiesrodeotailor.com/ and any cowboy culture you an think of.
-There were so many artisans there, fans of Mark's art. Be sure to grab business cards so when you get home you can contact these people and get customs belts, jewelry etc from them.
-Do a circle video while you narrate (Like the beginning of my video).

-Think ahead of time 2 cool questions to ask the artists, so when you get to them you aren't just standing there star struck like I did. Such as:
"Who is your biggest influence in painting right now".
"What was the defining moment that made you decide to do art full time?"
