Winter can be longer for some of us. The days are shorter, the sun isn’t as high in the sky, it’s dark and cold–all these things can negatively affect our mental health. Watch our talk on Seasonal Affective Disorder and get some tips to help you get through the colder months of the year.

This is a recording of a Facebook Live event from 2022. Our Hot Topics series consisted of live, online presentations featuring specialists in various fields, including AMI staff, doctors, community workers, and more. The hosts interacted with viewers who sent in live questions and comments while watching. While this recording was made some time ago, it still contains a lot of helpful information. Please keep in mind, though, that some links or discussion topics may no longer be relevant.
