Each apartment will have a private patio in the rear looking out on the Lee Town Forest, a 70-acre protected green space. All units will have in-unit washer dryers, high efficiency appliances, heat pump heating and air conditioning, and will be pet-friendly. The landscaped 3acre site has views of the Berkshire hills and there is a fenced common outdoor patio space for barbecues and gatherings.
