Oh look, it's Boom Sonic... Remember him? It's the Sonic design everyone thought was terrible until the first reveal of the Sonic movie came along. Then everyone after that was like "Hey, Boom Sonic isn't all that bad..."
Okay, short history summary out of the way, this is actually more than just a reskin. The best thing about this mod is probably the Enerbeam. Yeah, that thing from the Sonic Boom game that was underutilized as hell. Well, this one actually works like Spiderman's websling of sort (Sonic the Spiderhog?). You can use it near walls and swing yourself upswards (can only shoot at walls twice in the air, unless you hit an enemy, which adds another Enerbeam shot). It has limited range and you actually need to aim it properly.
Other stuff include Sonic Adventure's spammable spindash and a double jump, which while standard stuff, makes Bandagehog over here gain a lot of momentum and skip huge chunks of level design. Combine that with his Enerbeam and you got a pretty broken Custom character.
