Pakistani Bakery Style Chicken Puff Pastry Patties can be found in almost every desi household. These Chicken and Veg Patties are made with ground chicken mince seasoned with garlic, coriander powder, paprika, kashmiri mirch, black pepper, chili flakes, and garam masala.
You can bake these homemade chicken patties right away or freeze them and bake them whenever you need a delicious snack and also perfect for this year at Ramadan.
Freezing: freeze chicken puff patties for a few hours, and spread out on a sheet pan tray. Then place them in a ziplock bag and freeze them for up to 3 months!

Ingredients:
Storebought Puff Pastry Sheets From Asda
1 kg Ground Chicken Mince
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1.5 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Chopped Onions
1.5 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 /2 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Kashmiri Mirch
1 Tsp Amchur powder - optional
1/2 Tsp Paprika Powder
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
2 Cup Mixed Vegetables
1 Cup chopped Mixed Bell Peppers
1 Cup chopped Spring Onions
1 Tsp Black Pepper
Cornflour mixture - 1 Tsp Cornflour with 1 Tbsp of water
Egg wash
Bake at 200c/400F gas Mark
25 minutes and flip halfway
Make sure oven is set just at the right temperature, low oven setting will result in flat pastry

Tip: Grease the baking tray before placing the Puff Pastries otherwise they will end up sticking.
