Hunter-Hunted (Short Animatic)
Hunter - Hunted is a silent black and white story in a cartoonish style. I created the environment and posed the animals in Blender and then drew over each scene in Procreate. Below is a short narrative I wrote to go along with the story but if you imagine something else with the story, let me know in the comments, I would love to hear your perspective!
Narrative:
The hunt continues as it always has for the fox- often requiring them to corner its prey. This time was different though, when the fox had the rabbit, and there was nowhere it could run, the rabbit looked up at the fox in defiance. The fox questioned what this was, why had the rabbit become so resolute? Just as the fox was wondering this, the rabbit began to grow. The fox had never seen this before, and for the first time in a long time, fear struck them. As the rabbit grew larger and larger, so did its claws and teeth. The rabbit isn’t one for mercy, and they are tired of always being hunted. As quickly as it began, the fox, the hunter, became the hunted.
