Firefox's Picture-in-Picture (PiP) feature allows users to watch videos in a small, resizable window that stays on top of other windows. This enables users to continue watching a video while working on other tasks, providing a multitasking experience.
How It Works
Activation: When you are watching a video on a website, a small blue "Picture-in-Picture" button appears over the video, usually on the right side. This button becomes visible when you hover your mouse over the video.
Launching PiP: Clicking the PiP button will pop the video out into a separate, floating window.
Floating Window: The PiP window is always on top of other windows, so you can continue to watch the video while browsing other tabs, using different applications, or working on your desktop.
Controls: The PiP window has basic video controls like play/pause, and it can be resized and repositioned anywhere on the screen.
