Easily Add Backgroud Image to your GRUB/GRUB2 in Ubuntu 12.04/11.10/11.04/Linux Mint
1) Open terminal window and Type:
sudo nautilus
2) Copy an image file you want to use as GRUB background,then paste it under a folder:
/boot/grub/
3) Update GRUB:
sudo update-grub
Note: Grub/Grub2 Background Image format supports: jpeg, tga, and png.
