Facebook Today -- Summer A (Last Class)
Is Facebook a monopoly, and if so, so what? Is Facebook's "Oversight Board" just a publicity stunt, or is it the future of corporate governance? And why are there no workers on Facebook's Board of Directors? (Should "The Accountable Capitalism Act" be enacted into law?) We will conclude our survey course on the legal and ethical environment of business by exploring these very questions.
