Campbell Revolution Inverted Horizontal Flow Wrapper for Bars
The Campbell Inverted Revolution Flow Wrapper, for loose or difficult to handle products that have to be “carried” on the film rather than pushed down an infeed conveyor. Products are loaded or transferred directly onto the packaging material in registration, eliminating any transfer points. The wrapper has a cantilevered sanitary design and is easy to operate and maintain. The rugged powder coated steel frame construction and timing belt drive components provide for machine durability and smooth, maintenance-free operation. The full servo driven Inverted Revolution Flow Wrapper utilizes an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLC, Kinetix servo amplifiers, AB VPL servo motors and a PanelView touchscreen operator interface with Ethernet.
