Campbell Revolution with Robotic Loading System for Cookies
The Campbell Wrapper Revolution flow wrapper features a hygienic stainless steel infeed conveyor. The servo driven easy clean welded hygienic infeed conveyor eliminates harborage areas for best in class sanitation and allergen clean-up. The Hygienic JLS Talon ® vision guided robotic pick-and-place system features an IP69K stainless Delta robot and can pick from a random presentation on a belt, load products directly into the flow wrapper infeed at speeds over 100 picks per minute. The system is capable of loading and overwrapping a wide variety of bakery and frozen foods such as soft cakes, cookies, snack bars, corn dogs, burritos and breakfast sandwiches.
