➜ MA v. Karen Read - the Court denied Karen Read's motion to dismiss 2 of the charges against her after several jurors came forward and reported that they were unanimous in a finding of not guilty on 2 of the 3 charges Read faced at trial. While I predicted this would be the most likely outcome when reports first surfaced, it doesn't feel right or fair to a lot of people, so let's read through Judge Cannone's order.
➜ JLo v. Ben Affleck - Jenny from the Block took a stroll down the block to the Los Angeles County Superior Court this week and filed for divorce against Ben Affleck, without counsel... Does this mean anything? Who knows. Either way, I've got the docs so let's take a look.
➜ Stratasys v. Bambu Labs - Bambu Labs, a major manufacturer of 3d printers, has been sued by Stratasys, who alleges that Bambu Labs has been infringing on its patents. The interesting aspect of this lawsuit is that it could have serious impacts on the availability of 3d printers to consumers. Thanks you one of you all for pointing me in the direction of this lawsuit!
