One Sample t and z Interval for Population Mean | TI-Tips

In this video, I show how to find confidence intervals for populations means on the TI 84/83 calculator. In particular, I show how this can be done using either known statistics (sample mean, sample standard deviation) or with data stored in lists (using one list, or two lists if data is stored in terms of frequencies). While you will most often want to use t-intervals, if you know the population standard deviation I show how you can use z-intervals as well.

Specifically, this video shows how to use the ZInterval and TInterval abilities that can be found in the TESTS tab of the STAT menu.
