I would like to helping you folks how to download with composer and how to find your php.exe on XAMPP. some other folks think better WAMP. Those files are sightly difference.
to check if your composer completely installed go to your command and type "composer" they will tell you the elegant ASCII of composer. mean you are completely installed!
