problem with usbasp avr on window 8.1 failed
I m having problem with USBasp AVR on my Window 8.1.
I downloaded at http://www.fischl.de/usbasp/.
I was following instruction by http://letsmakerobots.com/node/36841 trying to "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" and hit the Enter key to start Windows. It does not working property.
Device Manager said " update driver software unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed)" anybody know how to solve it?
