Assassin's Creed Brotherhood The Ringer (Full Synch)
Full synchronization guide to the Templar Agent assassination mission: The Ringer. You must kill only the assigned target: Donato Mancini, no guards. He is on horseback, and protected by at least one other guard on horseback, plus several foot soldiers. The most effective way of getting him is using horse-to-horse assassination, although I have experimented using the pistol on him (aiming is tough when other guards are near him, and he charges at you). After the kill, run towards the river to avoid the pursuers, as you must not kill any of them.
