Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Cluster Castel Sant'Angelo
The Cluster for Castel Sant'Angelo is on the south wall of the main inner structure. You can actually access this cluster as early as Memory Sequence 4 during the mission "Castello Crasher". If you miss it then the next opportunity will be in Memory Sequence 8 during the mission "Requiem".
