Full synchronization guide to the final mission "Pax Romana". The requirement is actually quite simple: Do not allow your health to fall below 5 squares. If you have been buying the best armor (or even acquired the Armor of Brutus), and have tons of health potions, this shouldn't be a problem. How you travel to reach Cesare is up to you. Once you reach him, focus all of your attacks on him. Only counter attack guards if necessary. The mission ends immediately once you kill Cesare regardless of whether other enemies are around you.
