How to update Microsoft Teams presence state using Microsoft Graph APIs
You can now use Microsoft Graph API calls to update user's presence in Microsoft Teams. Although it's been possible to retrieve presence (both using API calls and change notifications) for a while, this is a new addition to Graph functionality.

In the video I talk through how you set presence, what permissions you need and what information to pass.
I talk through what happens when multiple applications are all setting presence, and how that works alongside users also changing presence in the Microsoft Teams client.
Finally, I discuss possible reasons for allowing changing presence state to "In a Call" or "In a Conference Call"
