Office Hours: Meet Phil Scher
Phil Scher serves as Department Head for Cinema Studies and Theatre Arts. He is also a professor of Anthropology and Folklore in the College of Arts and Sciences.
Phil's research area is the Caribbean and Caribbean diaspora, with primary research interests in the politics of heritage and cultural identity, popular and public culture, tourism and transnationalism.
