A Modern house design Retreat in serene setting Blending Modern luxury and Nature is the perfect place to live if you're looking for a beautiful and peaceful setting with stunning views.
With the predominance of straight lines, the residence M + D has two floors in a condominium in the interior of São Paulo; on the ground floor the entire social area of the house is arranged, while the upper floor is dedicated to the intimate area of the residents. The minimalist and timeless decoration harmonizes with the architectural project leaving all the protagonism for the view, which invades the environment through the glass frames. The brick cladding delimits the entire perimeter of the single-story facade, while the upper volume is softened by the lighter texture. Internally, the presence of wood on the floor and in the joinery is used in the right measure to make the environments more welcoming. The gourmet balcony follows the same floor in hydraulic tile of the kitchen and service area, bringing personality to the environment without compromising the highlight for the golf course, that borders the terrain. The sun loungers on the wooden deck are an invitation to contemplation and relaxation.
