Vegan Omurice for Breakfast
Made my third attempt at a veganized Omurice for breakfast this morning and I think it turned out pretty great! This is a Japanese take on the Western omelette that combines eggs and veggie fried rice with ketchup as one of the main flavors. Since I had half a jar of Vegan Egg on hand, I thought it was a great way to use it up!
