We returned to Paradise Garden Grill in the Plaza de la Familia of Disney's California Adventure park for their delicious huarache platter. I'm a little surprised they didn't update the menu for the Spirit of Día de Los Muertos event that just started, but since this is one of this spot's better plant based menu options of late, we weren't sad.
