After doing some research, I learned that there's a simple yet incredibly effective technology installed beneath the road surface. Thanks to this technology, traffic lights know when a vehicle is approaching or stopped at a red light, and the system automatically adjusts the light's state accordingly. This technology is called an "Inductive Loop Detector," but it can be simply translated as "Inductive Loop Detector." If you're driving on the road, you can easily see these loops with the naked eye.
