Lawyer and political analyst Neftalí Jaén, when addressing the issue of the primary elections of the ruling Democratic Revolutionary Party that chose José Gabriel Carrizo as its presidential candidate, said that this is not the most solid and the members of that group cannot deceive themselves. Jaén said there are eleven months left until the elections, but the deadline for defining alliances is September 30th of this year, and that determines much of the action because it allows the rest of the parties that are not one-handed, lame, or one-eyed to consolidate their other alliances.
