How To Make Crystal Cascade Earrings

We’ll show you how to create each hanging crystal and how to attach them to each other to create the cascade effect. Follow along as we make the earrings, then use the steps below to make your own.
How To Make Crystal Cascade Earrings

Steps
1. Slide the teal crystal onto a headpin wire. Grasp the headpin wire just above the bead with the chain-nose pliers. Push the headpin wire all the way into the jaws of the pliers. Then bend the end of the wire 90 degrees.
2. Grasp the headpin wire at the top of the 90 degree bend with the round-nose pliers. Make a simple loop.
3. Trim the end of the wire.
4. To make the next dangle, slide the next turquoise crystal onto a headpin wire. Grasp the wire just above the bead with the chain-nose pliers. Push the headpin wire into the jaws of the pliers. Bend the end of the wire 90 degrees.
5. Grasp the wire at the top of the 90 degree bend and make a simple loop but do not trim the wire.
6. Slide the long end of the headpin into the loop of the teal crystal dangle. Slide past the criss-cross of the loop so the loop of the turquoise dangle touches the teal crystal. Trim the end of the wire where it crosses over itself.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 to add a green dangle, a lime dangle, and then a yellow dangle.
8. Slide the loop of the yellow dangle into the earring wire and press the earring wire closed.
Repeat to make a matching earring.
