In this week's update, I dive into some exciting news and updates primarily for developers. First, I talk about the new #MicrosoftGraph Import/Export API for #Exchange, currently in public preview. This API aims to address the challenges surrounding the depreciation of Exchange Web Services (EWS) by offering new endpoints for importing and exporting content from Exchange Online mailboxes. I outline its features, like full-fidelity mailbox access, folder management, and extended properties, along with some caveats, like the lack of public folder support and its preview phase status. If you're grappling with the shift away from EWS, you'll want to dig into this.

Next, I highlight the release of a new Microsoft Learn tutorial focusing on building custom Teams AI agents using the Teams Toolkit and the Teams AI Library. This tutorial uses a fun and familiar light-control demo, demonstrating how to leverage AI-powered solutions for practical applications—perfect if you’re exploring the possibilities of integrating AI into Teams.

I also touch on the announcement of a free plan for #Github #Copilot, available for Visual Studio users. This plan includes essential features like code completions and chat messages, giving more developers access to experience Copilot's transformative capabilities. Lastly, I discuss updates to GitHub Copilot's functionality in Visual Studio that enable smarter, cross-file coding—showing immense potential for streamlining development workflows.

As always, I encourage you to check out the details from the linked resources and have a fantastic week ahead!
