Ingredients (makes 2 grill cookies):
Cookie Mix:
2 cups plain flour
1 ½ cups white sugar
2 eggs
200g softened butter
1 tsp vanilla extract or essence
½ tsp bi carb soda
Royal Icing:
1 egg white
1 ½ cups sifted pure icing sugar
