8 small potatoes, skin on
80g butter
Filling:
½ brown onion, finely diced
100g diced bacon
60g chopped mushroom
Olive oil
Butter
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Sliced spring onion (green onion)
