I love kebabs and burgers so I created a combination of the two. Today I show you how to make a burger that tastes like a kebab with my simple recipe. Give it a go!

Ingredients:
Burger: (makes 4 burgers)
500g lamb mince
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp cumin
1 tsp sumac
¼ finely diced onion
1 tbs plain yoghurt
Hamburger roll
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Garlic sauce:
½ cup yoghurt
4 cloves minced garlic
Juice of half a lemon
40g shredded Lebanese cucumber
Salt
Pepper
