Personal healing has become a massive industry, but shaped by capitalism and hyper individuality, it often turns into a hollow echo chamber. We heal our symptoms, then get sent back into systems built on dominance, hierarchy, and exploitation.
At the same time, social justice movements struggle to create lasting change. Infighting, burnout, and binary thinking fracture movements from within. The same dominance hierarchies we are trying to dismantle keep reproducing themselves inside the work.
In this episode, we explore why both worlds are failing on their own, and why real change requires a philosophical integration of personal healing and social justice.

We introduce the ego triangle, also known as the RVP (rescuer, victim, perpetrator) triangle, as a framework for understanding how unprocessed trauma turns into control, abuse, and hierarchy.
And we make the case for unity consciousness, community based healing, and collective action as the only path to real personal and systemic transformation.
