FIXED - Cannot Change Desktop Background On Windows 10. Easiest method.
If it has happened that no matter what you do, you can't change the desktop background/wallpaper on your windows 10 personal computer and you see a message like “some settings are managed by your organization”, then there is an easy way to change the wallpaper without going through changing group policies and other technical stuff.
