The One Thing All Guests Need
The one thing all guests need is a MICROPHONE! I cringe when I hear people say “If you’re a guest, you don’t need a mic!”
WRONG!
As a guest, you are co creating the episode with the host and you must contribute both great content, and good sound quality!
If you’re using a dynamic microphone, make sure you have a microphone stand that positions the microphone close to your mouth so it sounds good. A mistake a lot of guests make is not speaking close enough to the microphone and you end up having poor sound quality, even though you had a microphone.
