If You Play Butterfly Guard, Use This Simple Trick for Underhooks
Today's video is a question from a viewer named Brandon who's been playing Butterfly Guard in his BJJ classes.
He said he's had a lot of success with it, but he says everyone is catching on and stopping his underhooks. So in the video I show a simple way to get the underhook even if the person is resisting. It's something I've used a ton and has been very effective with my Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, so I hope it is for your BJJ as well.
