🌞 VIỆT NAM CẦN NỘI ĐỊA HÓA CÔNG NGHỆ NĂNG LƯỢNG TÁI TẠO
✨ Năng lượng tái tạo là một ngành được chính phủ ưu tiên phát triển mạnh, song tỉ lệ nội địa hóa còn ở mức khiêm tốn. Vì vậy, vào ngày 14/12/2023, Diễn đàn Công nghệ và Năng lượng Việt Nam 2023 - lần thứ 6 được Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ, cùng Bộ Kinh tế và Bảo vệ khí hậu - CHLB Đức tổ chức để thảo luận về các cơ chế, chính sách nhằm thúc đẩy năng lượng tái tạo.
🔓 Theo bà Vũ Chi Mai, Giám đốc Dự án Năng lượng sạch, chi phí hợp lý và an ninh năng lượng cho các nước Đông Nam Á (CASE), để khuyến khích đầu tư và nội địa hóa, có thể áp dụng cơ chế kèm theo yêu cầu chuyển giao công nghệ. Ở giai đoạn đầu, cần tập trung thúc đẩy tăng tỷ lệ nội địa hóa ở các công đoạn quan trọng như phát triển dự án, lắp đặt/xây dựng, và đấu nối.
💡 Bà Trần Thị Hồng Lan, Phó Cục trưởng Cục Ứng dụng và Phát triển công nghệ cho rằng chuyển giao công nghệ thông qua vấn đề cùng nghiên cứu và đào tạo để doanh nghiệp Việt Nam có thể làm chủ và phát triển các công nghệ theo lộ trình của Việt Nam.

🌞 VIETNAM NEEDS TO LOCALIZE RENEWABLE ENERGY TECHNOLOGY
✨ Renewable energy is a state-prioritized industry for advanced development, yet the localization rate is still modest. Therefore, on December 14, 2023, the Vietnam Energy and Technology Forum 2023 (6th time) was organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, together with the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), discussing the mechanisms and policies to promote renewable energy.
🔓 According to Ms. Vu Chi Mai, Director of the Clean Energy, Reasonable Cost and Energy Security for Southeast Asian Countries (CASE) Project, to encourage investment and localization, a mechanism can be applied accompanied by technology transfer requirements. In the early stages, it is necessary to focus on increasing the localization rate in crucial stages such as project development, installation/construction, and connection.
💡 Ms. Tran Thi Hong Lan, Deputy Director of the Department of Technology Application and Development, declared that it is possible to transfer technology through joint research and training so that Vietnamese businesses can master and develop technologies according to Vietnam's roadmap.
