The Cloud Retainer is claimed to revolve around plunge attacks, but exactly what role she plays is unclear. This video tries to interpret leaker FouL's words by providing three possible explanations:
1. The Cloud Retainer supports plunge attackers (pretty much only Xiao at this point)
2. The leaker misinterpreted something and the Cloud Retainer isn't actually that plunge-focused
3. The Cloud Retainer enables the Xiao playstyle for everyone
