*Note that if you happen to have Skyward Spine as well as The Catch, and you use Xiangling as often as Raiden, it's more efficient to give Raiden Skyward Spine while Xiangling uses The Catch. The reason is that Raiden can make use of all of Skyward Spine's passives, so it (R1) only ends up being a little worse than The Catch. Meanwhile Xiangling doesn't make use of Skyward Spine's normal attack related passives, making it significantly worse than The Catch for her.
