How to use the WordPress Importer - Exporter plugin - tutorial
Moving posts, pages, images etc from one installation of WordPress to another can be cumbersome. But with the WordPress Importer/exporter it becomes really nice and easy.
To download the media from the Media Library try: https://wordpress.org/plugins/downml/
(I have not yet tried it myself.)
