PowerApps Patching Guide For SharePoint List Items
This clip steps through how to patch from PowerApps to complex SharePoint columns such as Multi Select Look Up Columns and also show how to use Power Automate to update a SharePoint Hyperlink column so you can have a URL AND description in the list vs just duplicating the URL column twice.

To use the export - import into your tenant - this will create the app and the workflows. You will then need to connect it to a sharepoint list - either called DemoListToPatchTo with columns matching those shown in the demo - or just use the formulas used as a building block for your own work.
