2017 Giant TCX Apex 1 Review: Pavement or Gravel, Your Choice.
I review my 2017 model year Giant TCX Advanced carbon fiber cyclocross bike with Sram Apex 1x11 setup. Despite the fact this bike is built for cyclocross races, it's a great all-purpose bike for pavement, gravel, or light trails due to its aggressive geometry, shorter chainstay and nice power transfer. The rigidness is offset by the ability to take tires as big as 45mm and the comfortable gel bar tape that absorbs the vibrations surprisingly well.
