I can't quite get the version of Eets I modded in to appear as a usable emotion, but I can spawn it manually (I just put it in the toolbox), and it's pretty close to accurate (besides the animation frames I had to drop to keep the walkspeed consistent with Munchies).
The whole reason EMP exists is because the oldgamesdownload link has its code compiled with LuaC (probably because the download included the trial installer with a NoCD executable), but I'm still pulling through with EMP-b3b3: https://unownfo.s-ul.eu/GbfLSmqA
