How to Fix Ford SYNC Bluetooth Connection Problem on Ford Mustang (and other Ford models)
This is the non-touch Ford Sync on a 2015 Ford Mustang, the problem is the phone won't connect to Sync and Bluetooth option in Sync menu keeps saying "Initializing BT. Please Try Again". I'm quite certain it applies to a lot of other Ford vehicles with non-touch Sync system.If your Bluetooth connection is messed up on your Ford Sync, for example, Bluetooth connection always says "initializing" or your phone just wouldn't connect, you need to perform this fix (By disconnecting the negative battery terminal and reset the Bluetooth module. It's the only way to fix it. Master Reset or Restore Factory Defaults in Menu doesn't help.
It might also be worthwhile to delete existing phone profile in Sync and re-add it back after resetting the battery.
