In this episode, I go to Isa's kitchen located in East Village to make a meal using only the ingredients that were there under 30 minutes. Collaborating with Isa, the host, we created a delicious pasta salad with mozzarella, tomatoes, pomegranates and Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning. While cooking, I was able to teach Isa some useful skills around the kitchen and how to create a healthy, inexpensive and tasty meal quickly.
