Gimp Tutorial: How to Link and Stretch text with Gimp
Linking Text together with Gimp:
• On the Layers window you see the 'eye'... just to the right of that is a little empty space, where... should you click there, a little link appears.
• Any image that has this little symbol ON IN... will move together
[Note: Be sure to remove all 'links' when you're done moving items because... if you go to move different linked items together later on... and you forget that there are other links still on... you'll move EVERYTHING... and create a mess to fix]
Gimp Tutorial: How To Move Images in Gimp
• Select 'Move Tool' on Skinny Toolbox Window
• Select Image to be moved on Canvas
• Make sure you've got a white box around 'image to be moved'
•••It may take many times of clicking mouse in different places to finally select the image of choice... be patient
•••If you move the wrong image, simply 'undo'
