Sky Conflux by Ghoststav (Extreme Demon)
Went through recent rated extremes and this one caught my eye, the deco is super pretty and the gameplay seemed very fun. I do really really like this level, but I did sadly have a rather poor experience thanks to me deciding to play it at 1am. Would definitely recommend this one though.
