Today, we're talking Copilot Studio aka a re-branding of Power Virtual Agents (in a sense).
Imagine wanting some additional intelligence and assistance in your organization. In this video, we walk through a use case of a MSP who knows very little about Dynamics being assisted by a Copilot. Absolutely no topics were authored by me in this video. All of the heavy lifting was done by AI with the assistance of 4 websites and 3 files that AI pulled source information from.
