How To: Animated GIF from Video File in Photoshop
Other than mispronouncing "GIF", and being completely inept at Photoshop, here's a simple way to create an animated GIF from a clip of video. FYI - I didn't include this in the tutorial, but the shorter the movie clip, the better. I usually try to go for a clip of video that's less than 3 seconds. The bigger the video clip, the bigger the final GIF size.
