Malaysia - Sabah - Snorkeling at Sapi Island
Sapi Island is one of the five islands making up the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. The Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park was established in 1974. The park covers 50 sq km of the islands and their surrounding reefs.
Sapi Island is one of the most popular places in Sabah to swim, snorkel and relax, because it is just a 20 minutes boat ride away from Kota Kinabalu. The snorkelling area is relatively small and parts of it are only accessible during high tide. Sapi Island can be very busy, especially during weekends.
