The strategy that got you here is probably not the strategy that's going to get you to the next level, or the strategy that got you through 2023 may not necessarily help you thrive in 2024. So it's about understanding, okay, where's my business right now, and where do I want to go? And I say a lot that gap between where we are and where we want to be is really nothing more than a decision that we're going to go do what it takes. And it's about an action thing, but I'm all about making sure that our actions are effective and efficient, which, again, leads back to mindset.
