Develop discipline. If you are extremely disciplined, you're guaranteed success. You're guaranteed to get it done with discipline. Discipline is what you need, not motivation. Everyone wants to get motivated, you know? Can you motivate me? You know, he's a motivational speaker. Listen, motivation is fun. Motivation is cool. You know? I like being when I hear something that motivates me, gets me motivated, but it doesn't stay. Discipline stays. Discipline is what gets you paid. Motivation might get you laid, but discipline gets you paid.
